Home Watch

Peace of Mind

Heritage Home Services is committed to providing you with peace of mind through offering a custom Home Watch plan that will suit your needs. Every Home Check includes a comprehensive evaluation of your home and surrounding property, including your garage, docks, landscape, etc.

We provide a detailed report, including photos, on every Home Check, as well as a real-time notification of the actual visit.

Services

  • A/C checked for settings and operation

  • Check Appliances for proper operation, or, if turned off, we inspect for mildew

  • All faucets, including kitchen & bath, are run upon request.

  • Flush toilets to prevent dried gaskets and water rings as requested.

  • Inspect ceilings, doors and windows for leaks

  • Visual check for pests, rodents and insects.

  • Visual check of the exterior of home and property.

  • Check on the landscape, pool maintenance and pest control contractors.

Additional Concierge Services

From time to time, it may become necessary for someone to be present for deliveries to your home or services to be performed at your home. We will gladly provide service for your home during these appointments, including:

  • Furniture deliveries

  • Pest Control Services

  • A/C Service or Repair

  • Pre-Return Grocery Shopping

  • Key-in Service

  • Car Care Plans Available

  • Arrange for House Cleaning

  • Meet Friends or Relatives at property

  • Emergency Visits available as well

  • And much, much more!

Emergency Services

In the unlikely event of an emergency, you can rest easy knowing we stand ready to be at your home and property as quickly as possible to manage any issue that may arise. Including, post severe hurricane home checks, meeting contractors at your home, etc.

Preferred Neighborhood Discount

If you have at least 4 neighbors who have an active Home Watch contract with Heritage Home Services, LLC, you AND your neighbors will receive a 15% discount off your total monthly bill.

​

Veterans Appreciation Program

If you are an active or retired veteran, we will donate 100% of the proceeds from the first Home Check to the Gary Sinise Foundation. Thank you for your service!
